- Encouragement of an international cooperative process between young people dealing with European musical heritage
- Sensitisation for Mozart’s music and its reception today
- Publicity for and reflection on the events marking the 250th Anniversary
- Inclusion of and research into the political and philosophical dimension of Mozart as a person influenced by the Age of Enlightenment
- Presentation of the involved cities and their significance in Mozart’s life and opus
- Improvement of the network of non-commercial Community Radios and their young participants across Europe
- Exchange of information concerning the different cultural practices
- Empowering young people to make use of radio and new technologies in a European context
- Promotion of mobility of young radio broadcasters
